Is the free trial really free?

Yes, the free trial is really free and yours to try out for 30 days. We do not require a credit card up front to begin your free trial. There's no obligation to continue using the database - but we're sure you'll be blown away!

Are there any limits during my free trial period?

The only limit is that you will only be able to send 100 emails using the database. Once you sign up for the monthly package, however, you'll be able to send 100k emails each month to your clients/contacts!

Can I sign up for the monthly plan before my free trial expires?

Absolutely! You can convert your system from a free trial to the full version at any time.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. There is no long-term contract to sign. If you cancel, you will be charged for the current month. But would not be billed any additional months.

When is my monthly payment due?

Monthly payments are due on the date of signup. For example, if you signed up on March 15th, your payments would be due on the 15th of every month.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If your company would prefer to be invoiced, please contact us to discuss the options available.

Monthly accounts are set to auto-renew, unless otherwise requested.

Can my database be customized? What is the pricing for that?
