Q. How do I access my database?

A. When you signed up for a Quintify::Virtual Assistant database your login information was emailed to you. If you need to have your login information sent to you again, please contact us.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of clients I can have in my system?

A. There is no limit to the number of clients in your database. Additionally, there's no limit on the number of people you can have access your database - clients or employees.

Q. Can my employees/colleagues use this system too?

A. Yes, you can add as many employees/colleagues as you'd like, and you can control login access for each of them. Quintify databases come with a full user permission/access system, so you can limit what "things" your employees see and can edit.

As you add users, you'll also be able to assign tasks to them and monitor their performance over time as they complete the tasks assigned to them.

Q. Can I import my clients into this system?

A. Yes, you can import clients via an Excel spreadsheet. And if needed, we'll be happy to help you with that.

Q. What if I accidentally delete something?

A. The database is backed up every night, and those database backups are stored indefinitely. If you accidentally delete something, let us know and we can restore it for you. (And if you'd like, for a small charge we can make these database backups available to you on a regular basis.)

Q. Do I need to install anything on my computer?

A. No, all you need is Internet Explorer, Firefox, or another web browser. In fact, almost all functionality can be done with a Blackberry or another web-enabled phone -- that's one reason there's not a lot of "fancy design" in the site.

Another benefit of using a web application is that you can access it from anywhere in the world you can get an internet connection, and if you get a new PC, you don't have to worry about transferring your program and data from one computer to another. No worries either for hard drive crashes.
